Brian to publish change with reassuring comments on the website and the Secretary to liase with Anita on wording for “Cycle News” (item 7)

Chairman to speak to Graham to ask if he would reconsider his decision

Secretary to liase with Anita and Brian regarding on going awareness of vacancies (item 8)

Secretary to include “Bike Fest” on next agenda (item 9)

Secretary to include “Toolkit” on next agenda (item 9)

Secretary to write to Alex Geen notifying her of the committee’s decision regarding the “Birthday Rides” (item 9)
