The Weir: Adjacent to the Weir on Sydney Avenue Castlefields. The Column: In the front of the Shirehall on Abbey Foregate' Sundorne Road: In the new Sundorne Sports Village car park. Ellesmere Road: In the lay-by on the Ellesmere Road (A528) just north of junction with Mount Pleasant Road Weeping Cross: From Weeping Cross roundabout, take Bridgnorth road (A458) over new A5. First right into Acton Burnell road, then 50 yards on the right. Longden Road: In the service road (Priory Drive) opposite Priory School.
Shorncliff Drive: Copthorne, on the old Shrewsbury By-pass between
Mytton Oak Road and The Mount. * Family groups are always welcome and there is no age limit but it is requested that anyone under 16 be accompanied by a responsible adult. |

Those planning to participate are reminded that they are doing so entirely at their own risk. Every care is taken when planning the route but the group leaders, the club or its officers cannot be held responsible for any incident or accident.
Any type of bicycle will be suitable as long as it is roadworthy. There is no regulation regarding protective helmets or special clothing, but those taking part may wish to consider their use. Lights may be needed (especially in May and from late July or in case you live a long way from the meeting point). Check sunset times in programme.
Items you may need in case of puncture, rain or shine:- drink and snack, spare tube or puncture repair kit, pump, waterproofs.
