We had a fine day for our picnic at Melverley, on the banks of the river Vyrnwy.

Riders on the Wrekin

A few riders ventured out to reach the top of the Wrekin
The weather improved during the day and clubs members enjoyed the magnificent views from the top.
 

New runs lists April to September 2008

The new runs lists for April to September are available now
in our "Rides Section".

CTC Shropshire

You may have noticed that our new group name is CTC Shropshire.
Due to changes and updates to the CTC handbook,  the old district associations have been replaced my member groups both official and informal.

In view of this and in accordance with the new CTC guide lines our committee has decided to change our name
from Shropshire and Mid Wales DA to CTC Shropshire.

This new name reflects the area in which most of the clubs activities take place.
Club members who reside in the Mid Wales area are still able to take part in club activities as
they did before.

We are hopeful that our new name and website will help promote our club activities and increase our local membership.

Our committee would welcome more members taking an active roll in running our club.
